Appointment Policies: • Deposit Requirement A non-refundable deposit of $30 is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Without this deposit, your appointment will not be confirmed. Please note that I do not hold spots without payment. If you are dissatisfied with your style, please notify me during your service, and I will make necessary adjustments to ensure your satisfaction. •Home-Based Service I operate from a home-based salon, and your appointment will take place in a private, dedicated room. •Breaks for Nursing As a mother of an exclusively breastfed baby, I will require brief, regular breaks to attend to my child's nutritional needs. •Health Precautions If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule at least 72 hours before your appointment. If I notice any signs of illness on the day of your appointment, I may ask you to reschedule for the health and safety of all parties. •Payment Method I accept cash, Zelle, and Apple Pay for the remaining balance at the time of your appointment. •Event Considerations Please avoid booking an appointment if you have an event on the same day. To ensure quality results, I prefer not to rush through the process. •Guest Policy For your comfort and focus, no additional guests are allowed during your appointment. •Cancellations & No-Shows Please ensure that cancellations are made at least 48-72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to allow me the opportunity to offer the time slot to other clients. Your deposit may be applied to one rescheduled appointment. However, if a second cancellation occurs, a new deposit will be required. In case of an emergency on the day of your appointment, please notify me as soon as possible. Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice or last minute cancellations will result in a ban from future bookings. •Late Fee A $15 late fee applies if you are more than 10 minutes late. After 30 minutes, the appointment will be canceled, and no refund will be issued. •Hair Preparation Hair must be 4 inches in length around the entire perimeter of your head. Please arrive with your hair freshly washed, detangled and thoroughly blow-dried. Your hair should be free of any shampoo, leave-in conditioners, and oils. Heavy oils or products may cause buildup, white casting, or scalp irritation. If desired, oil may be applied after your service. •Allergy & Sensitivity Information If you have a sensitive scalp or are allergic to any specific products, such as gels, braiding hair, oils, or sprays, please inform me prior to your appointment. •Service Duration The estimated time for your appointment listed on my website may vary depending on factors such as head size, hair density, thickness, and the complexity of the style. Please be patient as I work to provide you with the best possible results. •Photography Consent Photos will be taken of your completed style for marketing and portfolio purposes. If you are uncomfortable with your face being included in the photos, please let me know in advance, and we can make arrangements.
